I grew up along the shores of the Gulf Coast, and later in Maui, Hawaii. I made my way to the mountains when earning a B.A. in Journalism and Media Communication from Colorado State University. While in Colorado, I paddled rafts and clicked into skis for the first time and have been a mountain gal ever since. When not behind the lens or with a paint brush in hand, you can find me trail running, rafting, skiing, biking— often all with my pup, Scout.
My goal has always been to use this glass lens of mine to share stories. My work has spanned portrait and family photography, commercial projects (including real estate, food and beverage, retail, and product) and outdoor recreation and landscape imagery.
With a background in both client-driven work and published outdoor photography, I understand how to balance creativity with purpose. Moving between these different facets of photography keeps my perspective fresh and allows me to be constantly growing.
From capturing the personality of a family to highlighting the distinctive details that define a business or landscape, my approach is collaborative and grounded in storytelling. At its core, my photography is about connection, between people, products, and the environment.
